Yes. Multi-product consolidation is one of our strengths as a multispecialty chemical supplier. We regularly ship mixed loads of DOP, DOTP, DINP, DINCH, ESO, and other specialty chemicals in a single container — reducing per-shipment freight costs for buyers who need multiple products. Within a single FCL, different products are palletized separately with clear labeling. MSDS and COA for each product line are included. Note: if mixing hazardous and non-hazardous goods, we ensure IMDG segregation rules are followed. Please list all required products in your inquiry and we will provide a consolidated quotation.

Yes. Door-to-door delivery is available as part of our comprehensive logistics service. We work with 10+ freight forwarding partners who operate in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. For door-to-door service, provide: your full warehouse address, import business license/customs registration number, and preferred delivery date. We will coordinate the entire chain: pickup from our factory → export clearance → sea/air freight → import clearance (by our local partner) → delivery to your door. Door-to-door service is quoted as a DDP or DAP (Delivered At Place) price, inclusive of all intermediate costs.
Plasticizers (DOP, DOTP, DINP, DINCH) are generally not classified as dangerous goods (DG) for air freight under IATA DGR, given their flash points exceed 60 °C. However, certain plasticizers with lower flash points may be subject to Class 9 (Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods) classification. We confirm the IATA classification for each product in the MSDS. Standard express courier (DHL/FedEx) can accept up to 30 kg of non-DG plasticizer samples. For DG items, we arrange specialized DG air freight with licensed carriers. All air freight shipments include MSDS and, where required, DG declaration forms completed by our certified DG officer.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service — where we manage both export and import clearance and deliver to your door — is available for select countries (EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia) for orders ≥5 MT, depending on availability of our logistics partners at the destination. DDP pricing includes all import duties, destination handling, and delivery to your warehouse. For most buyers, FOB or CIF is simpler as you retain control of the import process. DDP adds complexity (our partners need your import license/VAT number). Please inquire specifically about DDP for your destination country and we will assess feasibility.
