DOS, with heat loss ≤ 0.1% under the same conditions, maintains formulation integrity for the full service life of the aircraft—often 20-30 years.
DOS's high purity (ester content ≥ 99.0%, acid value ≤ 0.05 mgKOH/g) ensures minimal ionic contamination, preserving the excellent volume resistivity and dielectric strength required for avionics signal cables and high-voltage power distribution wiring.
